Air Quality Awareness Week, is a national initiative to share information with the public on air quality issues and encourage voluntary actions to improve air quality and protect health.
This year, Air Quality Awareness Week is observed from May 4-8, 2026, with each day having a different theme.

- Tuesday, May 5: Asthma and Your Health
- Wednesday, May 6: Day of Action
- Thursday, May 7: Care for Indoor Air
- Friday, May 8: Community Connections
